The data is available immediately (same night) once it’s done.  The plate status, however, won’t change until one of us moves it.  To find your data before we move it:

  1. Log in to the resources system.
  2. Go to the Sequencing Order Manager (inside the DNA Sequencing button)
  3. It starts you in “Viewing: Completed”
  4. Switch to “Viewing: Processing”
  5. Your order will be there.
  6. Select the magnifying glass icon
  7. It starts you (green button) on Overview, select Results (two buttons to the right).

Once we have checked the plate and determined samples we feel we need to redo,

  1. Log in to the resources system
  2. Go to the Sequencing Order Manager (inside the DNA Sequencing button)
  3. It starts you in “Viewing: Completed”
  4. Your order will be there
  5. Select the magnifying glass icon
  6. It starts you (green button) on Overview, select Results (two buttons to the right).
